So many layers to the songs, youd think that they were onions. This brings me back to the old days of sippin on lemonade and playing wiffleball in the backyard, while attempting (and failing) to skateboard on the driveway.
McTwist is real

This is a real life Green Day or even a quasi Blink-182, McTwist might not be huge but its raw.

awesome beats, great music to rock out to. Brianna is top notch, and dont say you're fine gets your blood going. I can't wait for the new album to come out. The singer's voice is dead sexy too.

This album is for anyone looking for a blend between old school green day and new school rock. The awesome vocals and drums put me right in my "comfort zone", and i cried myself to sleep after listening to brianna. I lost my voice rocking to the sick song prizefighter, which has lyrics inspired by a god. Check these guys out, they're the next big thing.

When listening to this album I go back to the good ole' days of N64, James Bond Goldeneye, NFL Blitz, NBA Jams, running through sprinklers, popsicles, balogna sandwiches, peanut butter, grasshoppers, football, stickball, dirt, and BMX bikes. Thank you Sam Lipson and Co.
good stuff!

Since I first got this album, I think I've listened to it 30 times, mostly while playing Tony Hawk Pro Skater 1 on my N64. It's that good.

After putting the CD into my car's audio system and cranking the volume for the bang of Word Proof Vest, I immediately forgot where I was and was transported to the upper bunk of my summer camp, some seven years previous. I recall being given a copy of Dude Ranch, Blink's last vestige of punk before entering the pop realm. The intricate combination of Lipson's vocals mixed with the energy and enthusiasm of the rest of the band on their own instruments reminded me of listening to the Ranch, and also evoked the memories of why I fell in love with music in the first place. The pop/punk power of the music drew me in much like an overprotected teenager visiting a punk club for the first time. Amateur Hour does the same for me today - it brings me into a world of carelessness and frustration that I loved so much as a teenager, and I only hope it does the same for future generations of music listeners.
