The love affair started with Hed Kandi Served Chill. Then I bought this and after almost 10 years I never tired of this album and am still able to introduce it to new fans. This is an absolute classic and takes me back to the beaches of Ibiza and every beach since. I carry this music with me everywhere, from dinner parties to the gym. Its the perfect music for sitting in front of the fire with a bottle of wine and someone to snuggle with. Breathe and Cry are beautiful songs for any occasion. Falling and Make me Feel are part of my top 10. This is a top top top 10 cd of all time for me. Buy Speck of Gold as well. Cathy Battitessa vocals can do no wrong.
Still a favorite ater all these years

I bought this album the year it came out and I still enjoy hearing it! It actually was a Hed Kandi release and was the porthole to my discovery of SO MANY other great artists. BUY THIS ALBUM!

I bought this album 5-6 years ago while browsing a clearance rack at borders, the album was incorrectly priced for $3. I bought it because I thought that it was a good deal and I have heard of Afterlife before and some of the Remixers. I have played the 2-CD's so much that I wore them out and I gave up on getting a new copy because it sells for $50+ because they are deleted. It's a perfect soundtrack for travel or the office. I still listen to the scratched CD's but since itunes made the album available I will be able to listen to it without skips. I have never found another album this good, even by the same artist. I still recommend the other works though.
Kudos to iTunes and Steve Miller (Afterlife)!

I cannot stress how many lightyears Afterlife is ahead of the crowd with regard to putting out CONSISTENTLY smooth tracks. If you don't own this album, then buy it - if you are surfing for a couple of tester tracks first then I recommend: Breather 2000 (Ambient), Show you Something, Dub in Ya Mind (Insatiable), Cry (Sunset Dream Mix). I tend to enjoy relaxing beats with beautiful female vocals ... and it doesn't get any better than Afterlife to give me my fix. :) For more check out his "Speck of Gold" album. Enjoy! (P Lonsdale)
One of the best lounge/chill albums EVER made

Anyone who is a fan of Afterlife or the genre needs to get a copy of this. This is the band at their best. And considering that CD copies are extremely hard to come by in the US, it's great that Tunes has added this to the store!
