Attended the Wailers concert at House of Blues, New Orleans; where Trevor Hall also played for an hour. Trevor, Chris and the band played their very unique and vibrant music, and kept the crowd amazed. It was one of the best live gig I have been to. First thing after the show, I bought their album and have been listening to it since. This album is a definite buy.

Great 'Jack Johnson'-esqu music with a reggae twist

If you enjoy listening to Jack Johnson like I had (and still do enjoy) been, then this guy is for you.. A friend of mine turned me on to this guy and I really have enjoyed every song he has sang. I enjoy him even better than Jack Johnson's almost childish songs/voice. Trevor has more of a deep voice which is a lot of why I enjoy his music more too. I would just recommend you give Trevor a try and if you ever get the privilege to go see him live at a coffee shop like I have, fully take advantage of it and purchase those tickets. He puts on a great show.

I went to Trevor's set in BURLINGTON VERMONT at HIGHER GROUND and his performance ROCKED THE HOUSE! I am a fan of most music and to be honest, these recordings don't do him justice! Listen to him LIVE and you will get the full effect of the magic he has created!

Nothing short of an amazing, spiritual experience

It is hard to grasp what Trevor's music has the power to do to its listeners. The words that spill from his lips and the mellow yet upbeat sounds that flow in their background have become for me what a mantra is to a Buddhist. His vibe is contagious; his voice, infectious and ringing with sincerity. He reminds each one of his listeners of life's beauty and simplicity. Trevor differs from other artists in his genre because of his deep, genuine spirituality that overwhelms every one of his songs - he has reached a state of enlightenment that not many people have. With just one song, Trevor will leave you in a better mood and in a state of inner peace. There is no doubt in my mind that Trevor will touch many lives, as he already has touched mine. So stoked to see him in Baltimore and Burlington next month. go easy, step lightly, stay free.

This album was what made me fall in love with Trevor's music. Don't judge his music by his appearance. He's the most talented reggae artist since Marley, and more enjoyable and inspirational in my opinion. Please give this and his new self titled album a listen, you'll love it!
best artist ever

i saw trevor hall open for matisyahu a few months back. his set was the best set i've ever seen. i'm not religious, but despite his slightly religiously-tinged themes, i love him. alive and on the road is a great album too, but nothing can compare to him live with chris steele. sooooo gooooooddddd!
