    Mindfulness is a return to paying attention to life to the present moment . When we really pay attention we begin to notice all sorts of wonderful aspects of the food, and we become aware of how much we’re putting into our bodies. The flavors are stonger and we really enjoy food and notice that we dont need to much of it. I was delighted to find this album. Great work.

    I don't think there is really a "silver bullet" in an audio product for weight loss. Weight Loss takes a certain amount of discipline and practice and dedication, not matter what you hear in the media about magic solutions--a situation I am still dealing with of course. That said this is a very good product. The meditations are easy to follow and effective for calming my nerves and feeling peace. The Yoga Nidra relaxation is my favorite, I went out like a light into a meditatative state within 10 minutes of listening. The eating practice is an interesting take on eating mindfully, I don't know if I'll listen to that all the time but it is a wonderful reminder of how important is to be mindful while eating.

    I got this cd for the Yoga Nidra relaxation, that I find very helpul at yoga class. But I was blown away by the Mindful Eating Practice. There is something so sacred about eating a meal quietly and chewing the food conciously. It has changed my way of eating, and Im truly able to savour every bite. I use feel stuffed and heavy after I finished a big plate of food. But with this I find Im satisfied with less. I'm sleeping better and havent had any digestive proplems. Looking forward for new releases. Many thanks!
