Great album, and it really works! The voice is relaxing and the background sounds help a lot as well.
THe breathing exercise is just amazing, it works like a charm.
Do recommend to anyone who has trouble sleeping o just wishes to find a simply way to wind down at the end of a long day.

The guided meditations are really easy to follow and I LOVED the guided breathing exercise. Really simple and I felt I relaxed right away very fast.
The breath is such a basic wonderful thing to remember. It is best sometimes to go back to basics.

I love this new CD in the series. I find the voice very relaxing and the music complements it beautifully. The breathing exercise is simple and easy to follow. I am doing the Yoga Nidra Relaxation after my short yoga practice and works like magic. Do recommend to anyone looking for an easy and straightforward way to let go and relax.

I find it hard to wind-down and relax after a long and stressful day at work. A friend suggested this cd, and I have to say I was hesitant, but to my surprise it worked! I was able to relax and have a very pleasent deep sleep through the night. Ive been listening to it before I go to bed, and i find myself waking up rested in the morning.
The breathing exercises are very effective, somehow they help release the intense activity that goes on in my head. Thanks
