It's nice to hear Michelle Williams's change directions from gospel to dance. My favorite remix is the Lost Daze. She has a fantastic voice and it's great to hear her as a solo artist versus the third verse in every Destiny's Child song.

I'm a 24 year old male, never write reviews on itunes, probably couldnt name any of this girl's other songs on a bet...
But I am not ashamed to admit it -- Track 3 is the dopey dope.
Maybe not everyone's cup of tea BUT if you are looking for a song to SWEAT your ash off to, this is IT.
Cannot say enough good things about this tune, it kind of just gets stuck in your head and it's a very motivational song for running, biking, whatever.
Add it to your workout mix you will not be disappointed.

This isnt that bad for a lady like Michelle Willams. My favorite track would have to be the Karmatronic Club remix. I love the beat and the lyrics are pretty good. Keep up the good work Michelle!
