    I stumbled upon this at just the right time, it wound up being the quiet before the storm of my life. Listening to this at night helped me ease my anxieties and quiet my mind and fall asleep with a happy heart. It is still my go-to when I need to give myself some TLC and re-charge my energy stores. I recommend this to anyone in a rough patch, it will bring light into your darkest places.

    Nice mantras to listen too. I wish they were longer to meditate to, at least more music after Deepak speaks. I also cannot access the Digital Download as well. Still worth the $12 I think.

    I love Deepak Chopra's voice, and his wisdom and guidance are inspirational and extremely helpful for individuals like myself who have trouble meditating in silence or have a busy, worried, and restless mind. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 only because I wish they had given a little more time to the music before returning to the affirmations. Besides that, it's wonderful. Highly recommend!!!

    I really love this CD, but I didn't get my digital book for buying the album. I've reported this problem to iTunes. See that some others didn't get it as well. Other than that, highly recommend this CD.

  • Bought Album Can't load Higher Self- Corrupted File???

    Have been trying to download Higher self from this album and keeps coming up with an error message and stating that the file is corrupted. Called and can't get a straight answer from anyone at Apple. They sent me an email to have me try and fix it myself. Tried to fix it and same error message comes up. What does 'corrupted' file mean anyway? What I was able to get is wonderful but this really upsets me because you have no way of getting your money for what you actually don't recieve. Really bummed.

    Soul of Healing Affirmations is relaxing and rejuvenating, the album is well organize and the affirmations, if put to practice, can quiet the mind and liven the spirit. I intend to give myself ten minutes in the morning and before sleep to listen to a few affirmations and put them into action. These affirmations ground me on what is important and meaningful in my life. Thanks
