At last we get him CLEAN! Jorge was the soul of Bacilos; a Remarkable pop/latin/funk fusion Latin American/ MIAMI Grammy winning band that Rocked our world for what seemed like a minute and we are now infinitely lucky to inherit the writer an creator of the essence of what we loved about their infectious charm, passion and simplicity. It's in the clarity! Jorge doesn't pretend to be a guy with a guitar that just has a thing to say: HE IS! I declare him to be the Español version of our modern Johnny Cashes and Eric Claptons and then some, if you add the undeniable sexy caribbean testosterone that gives away who writes this review.
YOU DON'T CEASE TO AMAZE ME!

Bacilos fans know that Jorge is a gifted songwriter, but he ups his game here by wrapping biting lyrics with a classic power pop hook-filled melody. The first time I listened to it I was surprised by Ninguna; the music almost a little too bright, the arrangements seemingly too sunny and happy. The second time, however, I recognized my mistake; faced with the brutally cutting lyrics, I smiled from ear to ear, hope fully restored, the juxtaposition brilliant. He's certainly enjoying himself with this one, in the ways of a serious artist, and he demands that we pay a little attention. Those who do will find it rewarding.
