Meditations for Flute

I saw Viviana perform during my trip to South America and was absolutely MESMERIZED by her!!!! WOW!!!! I looked her up on iTunes and downloaded this album. It is simply sublime. It is my favorite music to play in the morning. BTW, her other albums are also incredible. She is truly a gifted musician as she is one of the few artists who can float flawlessly through several genres. BRAVO VIVIANA!!!!!

When listening to this album, it is evident that Ms. Guzman is a well practiced musician and aware of her instrument and there is a sense of even serenity in her contributions here. But, when listening closely what comes through the sounds of Mr. Takata's flute adds to the heart and spirit of this offering in a way that makes the listener want more and see where his development as a musician takes him. The music overall is resonant and relaxing, tending to take the listener into quiet places each of us reserves for ourselves.
