I have been looking for some good house for a while (since I dont go clubbing anymore) and here it is.
I hear they are from Seattle but the music is so tight, I could swear they are from where I live- Chicago, home of house.
I love LOVE LOVE track 02 "Love could be"
and of course I love track 04 "When I think"- who couldnt love a song with a sample of "Saturday Love"?!?
I swear, on their new EP Metro i heard a sample from Book of Love. Damn, that is cool

I own half these songs on vinyl and I wish I had the other half.

Absolutely well done and extremely listenable. Some dance music is just way too over the top weird, but this is something you could throw in for a party and forget about it or even while you're doing work @ your desk. It's that versatile. Definitely great bang for the buck.
House music doesn't get any better....

The Lawnchair Generals' DJ shows are hands-in-the-air nights that leave your feet sore from shaking it and your cheeks hurting from perma-grin. This long awaited CD is a seemless mix of their original and remix hits that make their shows unforgettable. It'll be on repeat in your iPod for months.

This is a great compliation of some of LCGs best productions. Carlos and Peter are two of the most underrated house music producers today and deserve a lot of recognition with the quality stuff they put out, so go out and support them by buying this album! I've also had a chance to meet them and they are vey genuine, sincere and awesome guys.

I'm glad to see these guys put out a mix cd. Chicago foundation with quirky, deep, and acid touches.
For those who like to jack . . .

A nicely-constructed mix of some of the best Chicago house tracks of recent years, all produced and mixed the Lawnchair Generals themselves.
