Great rocker who played a lot in New Orleans in the 80's. Love this album. saw him and Jimmy Page jam for 3 hours in a small club on Oak St. Seems like he'starting to make a comeback. A great Bluesman

Crank it up and enjoy the ride! I play this down at the boat and in no time people are tapin toes and moving around. Had this on cassette! Wow great to find the digital version on iTunes. Wonder where Mason is today?

The title track from the CD of the same name is just smoking hot..great lyric, incredible vocal performance, and guitar work that just kills. This is the perfect single. Don't know how big a hit it was when it first came out, but not big enough...Where is this guy now?

Gypsey Blood is great start to finish. I bought it back in '87 and loved it. Recently I re-discovered Mason Ruffner and Gypsey Blood via I-Tunes it still holds up. This guy is a gifted guitarist...
