    Truly a World Music CD. This is a great example of music being a universal language and how it can be a cultural equalizer. Music brought to the New World by Galician immigrants took root and became a part of something new without losing its essence. Great contributions by Los Lobos and Linda Ronstadt. Not for the average US music consumer but a must-have for truly music lovers.

    This got great reviews when it initially was released. Shows the Chieftons unceasing research into Celtic music from all over, Scotland, US, Canada, France, and here Spain. It's beautiful music, lots of diversity, and really interesting. Love it.
