Last time I listened to it (admittedly a few years ago), I was honestly cringing so much that I couldn’t finish it. Toxicity has the right amount of quirkiness, but it’s excessive on this album.

Everyone raves about Toxicity being SOAD's best album primarily because it was most people's first exposure to the band. Their debut album is fierce, totally original, and way more diverse than anything else they have ever put out. I love almost all of their music. Nothing, however, tops this recording. This is what started it all. Best metal album of 1998, hands down.

The tittle says it all, the only neggative thing is that Darron doesent do much singing, but I guess his amazing guitars make up for it.
