Still alive at 85. Net worth 400000000 million. I grew with this guy back in the 40s . This album worth every penny. Fabulous moves my heart. Bil Brassington. Retired magazine reviewer N.Y.C.

Norma's memories

This album was worth every penny paid. It evokes memories of my husband holding me as we moved over the dance floor, candle light dinners and more. Johnny was a master at setting the romantic mood. We are blessed that he shared his talent with us.

I just watched "Silver Linings Playbook" the other night and when the most, heartbreaking moment for Tiffany (Jennifer Lawrence) seeing Bradley Cooper go to his estranged wife, The song "MIsty" began to play. Too bad it's not on the Soundtrack. Johnny Mathis just has that voice that can make people melt!
Incredible collection that is only missing 1 song

Wonder why the song "The Last Time I Felt Like This" from the movie "Same Time, Next Year" wasn't included in this set? Otherwise, this is a great collection of Johnny's hits.
It's wonderful

So many of the other reviewers said what I feel so eloquently. Every song on this album brings back a memory. Mr. Mathis, more than almost all other artists, can cause me to weep with pleasure. It was with gratitude that I paid the $16.99. It will bring me great joy for a very long time. Buy it. You truly will not regret it.
Musical Aphrodisiac

Fifty years ago, we needed to "soften up" our dates as the midnight hour approached. Music was the aphrodisiac we used (along with strategic red lighting). In descending order of effectiveness were (3) Sam "The Man" Taylor (the "Blue Mist" series of albums), (2) The Lettermen (although they tended to make us guys throw up if too much drinking had been involved) and (1) the hands-down, all-time winner, bar none, Johnny Mathis. This album has all the good ones and more. My wife still sighs every time she hears them. And I still maintain an impish smile.
