Love the soothing sounds found on this album! A truly great find. This is perfect for my spa treatments which require lengthly tracks that do not distract but are refreshing and peaceful. Perfect! Also recommending any one of the Garden of Serenitys but particularly Vol 3.

This is one of my favorite relaxation albums! The long tracks are perfect for a good meditation session. I would also recommend Garden of Serenity 2 if you are interested in long relaxing tracks.
Ocean Waves and serene moods for meditation

This is some of the finest music for meditation I have heard. There are some nice long songs with ocean waves and other nature sounds that I find really makes meditation easy. It's also great for sleep too. After getting their other albums Garden of Serenity and Soothing Sanctuary, which are both very good, I decided to get this one also. It is even deeper and more tranquil.
