I served 23 yrs active duty and this song means sooooo much to me. Every time I listen to it I cry because it has a truth that I try everyday to shove so deep and not think about the scars and hurt but it also has captured my feelings with a true understanding. I don’t even know if this entire comment makes any sense but nevertheless thank you so much for seeing us.
