Mayhem is so scattered in its musical directions but yet so cohesive. Gaga once again proves what a tour de force she is. This should win album of the year. It's her best.

I LOVE Gaga more than life itself but I am beyond sorely disappointed. She said she was inspired by Nine Inch Nails sound but the thing is…WE MONSTERS DON’T WANT NINE INCH NAILS! Abra is great but the rest is horrible—so bad I cannot believe she released this garbage. There is not one thing that feels inspired nor original. I was so hoping this would be really progressive, new, now and next and it is just dark grunge and so completely unoriginal. It pains me to write this but it’s the truth. She is capable of so much more. I cannot imagine another chart topping single coming off this album. Yuck. I’m so sad over this. So disappointed!!
