You can tell that Cordae has been working on this album for a while and carefully cultivating his sound. He delivers on this album that he promised us two years ago. Simply said this album is fire potential album of the year. in the tribute for his grandmother is by far one of the most beautiful things I’ve seen in a while. now you know is my favorite song on the entire album.

He’s always been talented but I think this album really showcased his ability. Each song carried its own weight. The careful selection of features, the insanely beautiful instrumentals, the storytelling. You can tell he took his time and I’m honestly happy he didn’t rush this. 10/10⭐️
