I was a huge fan of the Pistols and the Clash and Nirvana, and always thought Pearl Jam were poseurs who didn't belong on the same planet. But for the past couple years Eddie Vedder has been making the best music I'm hearing, including this wonderful cover of one of my favorite songs of that long-gone era.
I was wrong. And I'm glad Vedder stuck around long enough for me to finally get it.
