In a pop scene suffocated by Taylor’s and Sabrina’s, Jax is a breath of fresh air.

Love love love this album. I choose violence, perfection for this time. I listen to this whole album on repeat.

My first review ever because how could I not? I'm a 53-year old music lover with over 2,000 cds and 1,000 cassettes in my basement (and over 74,000 songs in my iTunes library) and yet Jax has been my main listen for going on a full year now. I couldn't wait for "Dear Joe," to come out and I wasn't dissappointed. She's all over the board here with some rockers, some ballads, some serious songs, and some fun all mixed in. I personally enjoy just about every song and interlude and can't wait to hear what she does next. For some reason, I can see her looking back on DJ 20 years from now and thinking, "Wow, I really put that out?" Please keep doing what you're doing, Jax, you've got a lot of fans out here who really enjoy your music!

Hateradee, I have a challenge for you. Say “uninspired made for TikTok garbage”, then listen to too young to be old. Or like my father. Or even a song for Chelsea. The others aren’t uninspired in any way, but haters like you might only be able to see inspiration in emotional songs. There’s inspiration and emotion behind all the others, too. Jax I love this!!! The purge is SO REALISTIC I can relate. I played Victoria’s Secret for my aunt who is always grumbling about her weight. I also want to sing HOW DARE YOU to my former best friend who dumped me and then was all happy go lucky the next time I saw her. I choose violence is SUCH AN AMAZING SONG! And the babysitter song is hilarious. And holiday to me sounds like a Taylor swift song off of reputation but I can’t figure out which one it reminds me of!!! One near the end, maybe getaway car or gorgeous. Nope nope I just checked it was Delicate I was thinking of. It’s so good!
