What a beautiful and heart stirring song!! The message we need to hear in todays time!!

Wow! I still have goosebumps from this song! What a beautiful way to tell the story of where we were suppose to be and what Jesus did so that we didn’t have to live the consequences of our sins! So good!!!

“Praise God that’s not how the story ends! That’s what Jesus did!” What a line to close a song. I am so in love with this song. Thanks to God for you all writing this song. It truly touches my heart. The vocals and music sound great, but the words… my Lord! It’s a constant reminder… I could be left in my mess… but God!!!

I love the whole inspiration of this song and wonder at why there has not been one quite like this written before now. My life was a disaster and I was headed down a path of complete destruction. I know full well “what could have been” …but that’s not what happened!!! Praise Jesus for His power to save and His love that didn’t quit!! I’m alive to tell about it today because He is WHO HE SAYS HE IS! Thank you Jonathan, The Band Table and People & Songs for this one!!

So grateful for a song that points to the power of God's saving grace. Before I ever said "yes" to Jesus, He say "yes" to me, rescuing me from sin and darkness. "If Jesus never stepped down from His throne, then I’d be left for dead, lost, and alone. I’d be drenched in shame. I’d be so afraid." So thankful that Jesus did not leave me lost and afraid, but met me in my darkness, shined His light there, and showed me my true identity in Him.
