    While I'm VERY happy to see Barbara Mandrell's back catalog being made available on digital platforms, I was sorely disappointed in this release. Whoever was in charge of the re-mixing and re-mastering of this album really dropped the ball. Spots of dialog have been edited out and many of the transitions between songs are very abrupt and jarring unlike the smooth transitions found on the original LP. It's shame because this is one of Barabra's best-loved and best-selling albums which introduced her signature song, "I Was Country When Country Wasn't Cool." The music is great, but the edited and slap-shot presentation is not.

    This was definitely the career album for Barbara. #1 on Record World and Cashbox. Every song is great and gives you a real feel of a Barbara Mandrell concert in 1981.
