I also got the oppurtunity to see him live a couple of days ago, which is where I got this disc. Simply amazing from start to finish, he is one of the greatest guitarists I have seen live. Pick up this disc right now, and be sure to see him live if you can! Some serious energy and awesome solos. Check it out!

I used to play him on the radio 2.5 years ago on ksjs.org. I went to go see him at Harvelle's in Santa Monica the day b4 Long Beach Blues Festival. Saw him again at the festival. Finally got to meet the man himself. Definitely a contender in todays blues. He's keepin' it alive! My name comes from his song "Super Deluxe".

If you really like the blues, that have not been white-washed (no disrespect) you will really like Dennis. I was fortunate too see him live at the Long Beach,Ca. Blues Festival 8/08 for his first appearance at this venue. He was on the bill as an act on the side stage which was great too get him some exposure, but he clearly belonged on the main stage. No disrepect too all of the vetran "blues/rockers" but Dennis is a "BLUES MAN" and not a rocker or a pop star that plays the blues.
