Absolutely love this latest release from Ty Herndon. He covers some of his own songs in new arrangements, and some other songs from other artists.
I’ve loved everything he’s ever released and was waiting for a new release, and I wasn’t disappointed. Support this guy who’s been playing and making music for us all for a couple decades.

Berry Gordy, the founder of Motown Records, once commented that there are gifted vocalists whose soul and style set them apart from other capable singers. Ty Herndon, as evidenced by his current release, has definitely got IT! This is a solid effort. Every selection on this new collection is single worthy. Standouts are "Walking In Memphis" and "I Can't Make You Love Me". Ty makes these often covered gems his own through that indefinable quality that some performers have to make classic seem both cherished and original. The highlight is the alternative version of "What Mattered Most". Ty Herdon's reinvention of his signature song is both heartbreaking and inspiring.

Ty Herndon never disappoints. With his latest remakes and remixes album (new songs too)—he does it again.
Hearing his classics sung in a different way brings new life to old favorites. My favorite is the remake for “What Mattered Most.” The pronoun change gives the track new meaning and a renewed sense of freedom and pride.
The dance tracks are something Ty had never done before and it’s a refreshing twist to his country sound. Love it! Five stars out of five!
