Monét’s EP is so dope, I’ve been listening on repeat ever since I purchased it a couple of days ago. I hate pretty much all “drag music” because it’s usually very monotonous and is just meant to provide a beat to dance to. I would not categorize Monét’s EP as drag music! The words and the emotions in the music are so good. Congrats to Monét for breaking the “drag music” mold!

I'm a big Monet fan, so I was excited when this was announced. There For You and Beyonce are definitely bops. I think this EP showcases Monet's stunning vocal range (Ave Maria; trained opera singer FTW), sense of humor (Beyonce), and clear trajectory into mainstream pop music (Gently). I enjoy a lot of Drag Race queens' music, but it can be very specific; you kinda have to be in on it from the jump. With music from queens like Monet (+ Aja and others, of course), it's a bit more accessible to send to friends who aren't necessarily drag fans (yet. ;) ). Can't wait for more!

So I was going through my insta and I see I got a dm from him saying that I gave him life and he wanted me to pre order his album but he also gave me a phone number o tell him what I think and some early access when I bought this and listened to it it was incredible
