When Tom higgenson graduated high school, he had no idea what he wanted to do in life so he decided to pursue music. He walked along the road one day and he stopped in a small cafe to buy coffee. Just then he saw a very cute waitress coming to take his order and he kind of wanted to talk to her. Tom: Hi there I’m Tom higgenson. What’s your name? Waitress: Delilah. Nice to meet you. Tom: you look so familiar, I went to Westfield high did you? Delilah: yeah. So they talked for a while and then he went back home to his New York apartment. The next day he went back to the cafe and saw Delilah taking orders. Tom: I kinda knew I’d come back again to see a pretty girl work hard. 😉Delilah: oh so you think I’m cute? Tom: I said your work was cute. But Delilah knew that they both had a crush on each other. A few weeks later they started dating and one day Delilah walked with Tom into his apartment and shut the door and they made out. 👩❤️💋👨one day Tom got down on one knee and said Delilah descrenzio , will you marry me? Omgosh yes! (A few months later) Delilah: this is a great hotel. So relaxing. Tom: there’s a private pool downstairs. Meet me there in 10 minutes. (10 minutes later) ‘whistles’ Tom: we’ll look at this hot chik stepping in. Delilah: I hope I’m not too cheesy. Tom: any man would be lucky to drink and dance. With you. Delilah: you’re my man Tom. ( back upstairs) Tom: what a lingerie you’ve got there! Delilah: I’ve saved the best for last! Tom: UGHN UGHN! Delilah: oh baby I LOVE YOU SO FLIPPING MUCH! (3 years later) Delilah: tom! Tom! We’re having a baby! Tom: really!?!?!? Delilah: yes! ( a few months later) ‘alarm clock rings’ sleep well my love. He said as he kissed his wife. Sleep well my baby daughter. Im off to my concert. Muah muah 💋👨🍼👶🏻and that’s the day he wrote this song.
