This is not as good as bf1 but it’s still amazing that video game music can get so good

When it comes to soundtracks, there are more than a few examples of good ones, but they’re almost always movies. BFV’s soundtrack is sure to change that. This is some of the most beautiful and moving musical composition I have ever heard. Very well done to Johan Soderqvist and the DICE team.

Is hard to believe that music in video games started with simple key melodies. Ow we have full orchestrated masterpieces. Just like this game. Battlefield 1 was also very good. However, this time around they really made some of these songs hit the very core of our soul and inspire us.

This album evokes emotion, not completely new to the game but this one feels more emotional. When you hear the music as you play the game, you feel apart of that moment in history. This soundtrack is composed like an oscar winning film, deserves being purchased.

This album of a reimagined sequel sparks the ears in a lively, uplifting combination of patterns one cannot forget after listening. It also heartens the emotional side of what the game had to offer, thus being yet another proud work of art by Johan and Patrik. And yet, it only feels like an extension of the previous album produced for Battlefield 1 with its nearly identical melodic patterns and approach at an unbiased war story. It’s a slight shame there wasn’t a tad larger difference in the sister albums but it still remains faithfully grounded and admirable nonetheless. This soundtrack is what I would call Battlefield’s 2nd Chapter by Johan Söderqvist and Patrik Andrén.
