Reviews

  • Best bet is the title cut

This incarnation of the Rascals sounds a lot like Three Dog Night to me, with heavy vibrato-laden harmonies from Ann Sutton. Not a great album, but check out the hard-rocking title cut, which was a minor chart hit (#27 in 1969).
  • Eeeeeeeh...... not so much.

Decent album, at best. A few tracks, anyway. NOTHING in my educated opinion compares to the Brigati, etc. erea though back, in the "good ol' days". The Young Rascals were a power house. So was Pink Floyd, until Water's ego got in the way. It's a shame, really. No offense to the rest of the band (Felix, etc) that produced this particular album (it was not really meant that way). If Simon from American Idol were reviewing however, he would likely not have sugar coated the review as I just did. Go Brigati's!!! Eddie/Dave, your turn! Age is a figment. "Turn your poison into medicine". I will never forget the words. Ever. Joel Russo "Nephew of Oddo, son of Mae"
