    I use this music while I am meditating or performing energy work, and it's a great accompaniment. I love that it's subtle and adds to rather than distracts from the experience. Also, most tracks are quiet at the beginning and end, so they can be mixed in a playlist or put on repeat with minimal disruption between tracks. Overall, a great album.
