My daughter & I heard this song at a friends house for the first time last night. We listened to it on repeat for over an hour just dancing, singing to the lyrics and watching my daughter drum to the awesome beat. She's never played drums or been taught to play a day in her life! I have no idea what happened, but it was magical. Thank you for your music <3

I love this new single by Trey. The song has beautiful lyrics and such a great sound. Definitely excited for Trey and his new music and new found freedom. He's definitely off to a great start... or new beginning :-)

Trey's new single is not just a good catchy pop song, it's purposeful. The song is really catchy, but the meaning behind it is needed. Trey's entire story is one I am still not brave enough to share. I really do look at him as a role model. Love this!

I think the reason this single is so powerful is because it's the first time Trey Pearson's fans get to hear his voice fully. It's the first time he's presented his art since revealing who he really is in his very public coming out. The single itself isn't a complete 180 from Every Sunday, it hints at a slight divergence and a new exploration of Trey's artistry his faithful fans are sure to love. He's learning who he is again - rediscovering his voice, and is vulnerably letting us join in that journey.

The music reminds you of past platonic and romantic relationships. It is a mirror into your previous obstacles you've overcome. Imagine an 80s movie montage when everything works out the way it should. That ending scene slowly fading as everyone smiles, having a great time. I first heard of trey Pearson about a year ago or so when he came out publicly as a gay Christian rock artist and while before I didn't know who he was, I respected the hell out of him as an artist. Have followed his journey to finding himself, and it was been amazing to watch him grow as a person and as an artist. There aren't many songs that I love right off the bat. Most of it is pop garbage but even though the melody is very pop, the lyrics speak truth and honesty. I honestly got chills the first time I listened to silver horizon. And anyone who bares their soul like he did on this song deserves to be heard by everyone because everyone can relate to it. I know I did. You're amazing trey! Can't wait for your full length album.

The first time I heard this song, I felt like I was in a stadium listing to a band that has the anthem quality of Coldplay, and the lyrical depth of Switchfoot. You can't help but get a sense of hope. Trey's music embodies a view of the world that knows tomorrow can be better than today. Totally looking forward to more.

I've followed Trey since the Everyday Sunday days and this is just a continuation of an awesome career. The song is catchy and I love the lyrics. Cannot wait to hear more!
