Now press play on Avenue A and you will find yourself catapulted back to a time when real lyrics and melodies reigned supreme. Fritzwa stamped her magic on each song, giving me essences of Lauren, India and even a little bit of Lady Saw along the melodic way. From beginning to end, I saw myself driving a coast, sipping wine and cuddling up...the kinds of images that only real R&B can conjure. Savor this album.
