Amazing album, wholly unique. Ostensibly it's a progressive rock album, but you'll hear some blues and metal and lots of other stuff. It takes a few listens for your ears (and your brain) to sort it all out, but the rewards are plentiful on an album like this that has so much to reveal. Some of the best lyrics you'll come across. Deep and playful and intense, like the vocals themselves. Definitely the most exciting release of the year. Highly recommended.

I bought this after getting hooked on them through the "Freaks" EP (Silver Gallows is art). Great band, heavy, fantastic musicianship without being pretentious, big sound and tones, the lyrics aren't trite, just fantastic. Looking forward to more from them.

I haven't been blown away like this by anything in so long. These guys are incredible. I can't stop listening to this album. Every song is phenomenal.

This album (and Freaks, for that matter) have been constantly playing in my car, laptop, iPhone for last few months. I can't stop. It's delicious prog, so strange and out there it's an adventure wrapping your head around it all. This album is a little long (never a bad thing) but I think mostly it's White Stag being the main culprit. It's a long for what it is. Otherwise, my favorite album in a long time. Buy it.
