Video shot in stop-motion, with a still camera. It is the background that moves. I am impressed with the attention to detail (she blinks!), and I love the muffled sound when she sings inside the spacesuit helmet and in the cave.

I love Kina Grannis's music and this video is amazing. She wanted to make a more unique music video, and all the hard work and effort paid off! I'd choose this over some meaningless, bubblegum poppy song any day.

The background detracts from the singing, not that the song is good or anything. The song is bad, but the background is really awesome. She has a good voice, the lyrics are annoying, but watching it without sound makes it all better.

I saw the behind-the-scenes video that illustrated the time committment and dedication it took to make this - More than 2 years; 30 hardworking people; and 288,000 jelly beans. I sincerely hope that this video earns the credit it absolutely deserves, as it was captured through more than a thousand photographs frame by frame. So Kina may not be the most incredible singer in the world, but what she does have is originality, patience, and cleverness, and today's music industry could surely use more of that. I can't wait to see what she will do in her future videos.
