Not the promoted version when Mtv was promoting the track

I've already purchased the "deluxe" version of this collection and now (after previewing this music video) wish I had not. This is NOT the version that MTV promoted back in 1983, when "Body Wishes" was released - - or for many years well after. I don't know where THIS version came from (perhaps the cutting room floor???) but..it's a cheap knock off. I bought the DELUXE version of this collection because I wanted this one ORIGINAL music video...and yet again left hanging. Does anyone know how I can get the original music video? Thank YOU!!!
