@The Unseen Hand, ok really dude Johnny is the bassist and Jimmy is the drummer (R.I.P) and to say I Don't Care - Apocalyptica (or whatever) is a good song.
But guys this is really a great song and the solo is amazing but not the best (just saying, the hardest solo is Save Me, but other great ones are Second Heartbeat {my favourite song}, I won't see you tonight part 2, anything off of City of Evil, and their are other great ones I can't really list.

I've got to say, if it weren't for Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies, I would have never heard of Avenged Sevenfold. This was the third song I had heard from them, the first two being Not Ready to Die and Bat Country. They are a wonderful band, and this was one of their most amazing songs. It has incredible singing, amazing violin parts, and it is over all a wonderful song. Afterlife gets a five out of five. Highly recommended.
