Poorly made with high hopes that have been let down

I was going through my playlist and then the top tens, as I do for my job, and ended here. This I possibly one of the worst songs I have ever heard, but the music does not compare to the terrible writing and production of this music video. I was hoping better from her, but as people say "Don't get you hopes up".
