well, it's great, but won't play on this machine

great video which is why be bought it - now itunes says it cannot be played on this machine. it downloaded it. but it can't even find it in our purchase history. way to go apple - take people's money and not deliver the product (not to mention wasting our time trying to figure out how to redownload assuming that would even help)
