This is one of the most beautiful albums ever recorded. The piano playing is exquisite, the vocals pure, the orchestration! Everything rings clear. Not compressed like today’s music. This is intelligent, feeling, complex yet accessible pop music. There is so much to dive into on this album. Let it envelop you. Just magic.

It shifted American pop and rock music with brilliant alternative, folk, layered piano pop; a pantheon of song and music—moving, bittersweet , confessional, beautiful music. Highly recommended for all music lovers.

Every song is brilliant. SUCH a solid album, SUCH raw emotion. It's so beautiful. I love a lot of Tori's work, but this is probably her best/most consistent album.

My 90’s younger self cried hearing this again! Such raw emotion only Ms. Amos can deliver!

I used to absolutely love this album in college in the early 1990s. Raw and honest. I could relate to so many songs. I rediscovered the album recently bring back a flood of memories.
