I love money for nothing and chicks for free

without Down To The Waterline, this could hardly be called "the best of" Dire Straits. There's a lot of the best left off of here. Do yourself a favor, and burn your CDs and make a Playlist, because Apple doesn't have Dire Straits' back catalog. Music is universal. It wasn't meant to be a corporate tug of war.

Money For Nothing is such a good song it gives me the chills every time I listen to it.

This has to be one of the top ten albums of all time. Can’t get better songs than these! Mark is a genius! Not a bad song to be had!

Walk of Life, Money for Nothing, and Sultans of Swing. Three of my favorite Dire Straits songs? I would seriously pay album price for those three songs... but to get the best of Dire Straits and (mostly) Mark Knopfler, just made my day.

Good stuff worth the buy

Only thing I would like to see on this is a couple songs from Dire Straits and Communique!

It is not loud enough. This song needs to be louder. Save your money.
