Of all the compilation / greatest hit packages this one comes the closest to capturing Dan Fogelberg's essence as a songwriter and musician.

Note that the "official" review is actually for the one-disc version. This 2-disc verison contains a lot more 70's-era music (thus the 70's era cover photo) and has the essential "As The Raven Flies" which was a popular song on album rock radio back in the day. The one-disc version is certainly more hit oriented, but the two disc version is more appropriately titled.
