I have always loved Jai's music but there is something about this album that makes it very special. The root of the music, including this album is very traditional with modern elements that makes it very unique and fresh to listen to. But it's Jai's voice that takes me deep inside. These to me sound like a love songs sung by a devotee to his guru. One can feel the honesty, simplicity and earnest desire to be one with Him in Jai's voice. I haven't had the privilege of hearing him sing live and I hope I will some day. Till then this album will keep me blissful.
Absolutely Love!

This wholly new album brings us closer to the music itself with unadorned, intimate arrangements that directly illuminate the spiritual heart of each composition.
"Shiva Station," reflects Jai, "is about the power and mystery of Shiva, the dancing Lord of Transformation and Protector of Devotees, and His primordial home, Tibet's legendary Mount Kailash." With Return to Shiva Station, Jai reveals new dimensions of its inner essence—the seed of Bhakti that gave birth to them all.
Produced by Jai Uttal and Ben Leinbach.
Mesmerizing!!!
