    I've listened to Gandalf for several years now, primarily when I write and edit, because his music is so soothing and, for me, conducive to helping me focus. I have nearly everything he's released, and this is among my favorites. I wish more people knew about him, because his music is so calming.

    I first started listening to Gandalf in 1991, when I had a project team we named Gandalf after the JRR Tolkien books we all loved. We all loved his music then, and I have purchased every single album since. As you can imagine, I have quite the collection. Frame by Frame does not disappoint, as a matter of fact it is one of his best. Gandalf may be the best musician of our generation. His ability to transform a mood and bring a soothing, yet inspirational atmosphere is great.
