The only problem is there's a glitch on "Whatcha Gonna Do"

This is one of the best CDs out there it's old but still will always be a classic. But I have a big problem it downloaded on one song with a second long glitch. Tried to report a problem but it will not let me do it says can not connect to iTunes but if I try to connect to iTunes by going to the iTunes tab on my phone works great. I don't know how else to report it??? But all in all one if the best albums ever!!!
