Amazing Song, Terrible Remixes

You probably have heard Kirsty Hawkshaw from DJ Tiesto's "Just Be" or the insanely catchy "Fine Day". "Reach For Me" is probably one of her best songs, behind "Just Be". Unfortunately, "Reach For Me" has been branded with three mediocre remixes which do not even touch the original.
The original version of "Reach For Me" (track 1) is outstanding. It's catchy rock with a perfect vocal.
The Solasso Remix (track 2) would be a great remix if it didn't completely change the tune. If you have not heard and are not used to the original, it might be nice, but those who know the original version will cringe. The music is pretty good at least, so buy the Solasso Dub (track 4) if you want to hear more music and less vocal.
The Jean Jacques Smoothie Remix (Track 3) at least keeps the original tune, but now the music is lacking. The remix itself is simply boring - the music is very minor and files more under the category of Lounge music.
Overall, somebody needs to call DJ Tiesto and tell him to remix this song, because the remixes here simply are lackluster. HOWEVER, do not let this detract from the fact that the original version of this track is perfection! Buy track 1 and wait for a world-famous DJ to remix this track and bring it to a new level.
