Over all the movie is cool. But it's really not as chilling and suspensful as the audio itself. (The REAL audio of the ACTUAL exorcism.) Sorry, but it's just not scary enough unless you are like- easy to scare.
  • love the movie and the music

I really really want to see this movie but my mom said if you still can't sleep with out the light on no more scary movies and I can to sleep with out the light on no fair anyway about the soundtrack It's really cool but Interlude # 1 sounds like I heard it before from the Grudge 2 that same song was at the end when that dude snaps her neck wierd I'm only giving this a three because all of the songs are album only and I only wanted a couple of them but besides all those problems it is a really good soundtrack I would give it a 5 if it wasn't for Itunes!
  • Spine Chilling!! And makes me think that I'm Posessed

I have never seen this movie, and I find it scary. I think that 99% of the creepiness is from the soundtrack.
  • Very Creepy!

When I saw this movie a few months ago, I thought it was what I SAW that made it scary. Now I realise it was actually what I HEARD. This music is so... gripping... even without pictures! Whoa, good job, Christopher Young.
  • IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THIS MOVIE, WATCH IT!!!!!

I saw the unrated version of this movie yesterday, and I really really liked it! It totally proves to everybody that no matter how much you disbelieve in demons, they are REAL whether you like it or not. It also presents Catholicism in a good light, which is very impressive and makes the story seem more real to people. This movie is awesome!
  • The movie's one thing, but this Soundtrack, AHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!

After Christopher Young's score to The Grudge I was looking forward to hear his take on Emily Rose. Unfortunately, there's nothing much here of redeeming value (pardon the pun). Good enough for the film but lacking outside and not worth the purchase price.

...whithin the soundtrack and the movie. The haunting and hellish melodies are just what the movie needed. This movie is a must see, and the album is a must buy. Especially if you're into insturmental and and the deomonic evil that the movie and soundtrack so greatly represent.
