I write all the time re: her expertise, however I just am so thankful to meditation as it has done serious wonders on me. I use to be a sceptic and wow!!!I learned alot about the brain. Lot to say but to much!! Ha! Thank you Kelly Howell, what a great kind proffessional journey you went on and helped guide some other like myself. People just BELIEVE! Train your mind and do what is comfortable to you!

I just wanted to say that I really love this CD. Her voice is the best part, and the visualizations are very powerful; I feel a physical change every time I listen to it. It seems as if she says just the right thing at the right time to open me up to the ideas that she is presenting. I am semi-new to the guided meditation thing, too, so you don't have to be an expert, just have an open mind.
