When a band runs out of material they'll always release a live album or go unplugged or both. These are great renditions, but as a fan I'm afraid they may have run dry at this point. It's like an artist pulling an old painting off the wall to paint over some spots with a new color or a writer taking a past manuscript and rephrasing passages that we better the first time it hit the paper.

I always heard about band of horses but became a true fan last year. I saw their acoustic concert at town hall a few nights ago in NYC and it was the most beautiful, intimate concert I've ever been too. Benjamin Bridwell's voice will put you at ease and the rest of the band just compliment each other - from their instruments, to their witty comments and even some of them singing as well. They are truly a talented bunch and very underrated. I highly recommend all their albums and especially seeing them live in concert!

This is probably my favorite purchase ever and I’m only 3 songs in. Dead serious. Pitchfork gave this a 3.6? This is far superior to any crap electronic stuff that they give Best new music to. SEE YOU GUYS AT NEWPORT FOLK FEST!

If you know anything about music you will buy this album right now. I have listened to boh for years and seen them live. I've always craved for them to do something acoustic and they KILLED IT with this album.

This is what a live CD should be, great songs, great band and twist on the usual with the acoustic tracks. They could play on tin cans and washboards and make a great live album.

First review I’ve ever written, and they deserve it the most. This is not only an amazing album, but it’s put out buy one of the greatest bands of this era. I hope more people discover what an unbelievable gift BOH is to the world. Nice work fellas!

I literally cannot get enough of this album!! It’s incredible. I just wish there were more songs! A 2-CD set would’ve been nice. Other than that, this is an amazing piece of Art.
