I heard GET OFF being played in a restaurant recently. It brought back sooo many memories of ‘fast’ skating songs!! I had to download!! So very cool!!! Where’s my Afro pick???🤣

I was surfing the net and this song just came in my head, so I checked to see if I had it in my iTunes collection. Not to surprisingly I didn't, but since it had bought me so much joy when I was growing up, I had to buy it. I remember riding my bike, blasting this via my boom box, which I had strapped to my bicycle. That's how it was done back then, no earbuds. Let erybody know how you get off!!

Get Off was HOT!!! I remember being on the Steeple Chase Pier on the Boardwalk, all the way to the back of the pier at the rides. A DJ played music and when "Get Off" came on, it was time to get down! This song brings back memories of a great time, the 70's were GREAT!!!

This song takes me to Miami, Florida...every summer we'd be there...at the SURFCOMBER HOTEL its still there...& I remember this song the Djs would be playin it by the pool...ahhhhhhh the 70s what a time... i was a teenager...well you know the rest.
