My third favorite Newsboys album

This album marked one of the biggest turning points in the band’s history, as co-lead singer, John James, departed from the band. This left drummer and lead singer, Peter Furler, the last remaining original member of the band and he ultimately had percussionist, Duncan Phillips, take over the drum kit. This album has a cluster of great songs, they haven’t made any particularly bad songs from 1992-2009 but there are a few that I am not the biggest fan of, but they are still decent. My favorites are: Whoohoo, Step Up To The Microphone, Entertaining Angels, Believe, Truth Be Known, Hallelujah, and Always. Though this album once held the title of being my all-time favorite Newsboys album, I discovered some flaws in this album, I noticed that Steve Taylor only wrote two songs in the entire album and he didn’t produce it either. Due to these minor flaws, I had to dethrone this album as my all-time favorite album but it still sits in third place. Update: I moved my top ten to Take Me To Your Leader.
