I guess a risk of purchasing on iTunes is that you won’t always get a quality source for their lossless encoded downloads. Just get the CD for this one and rip it.
  • No Confusion remix?!

They don’t have the Confusion remix that was in the Blade soundtrack. Now thats the best NO remix of all.

Amazing how timeless many tracks are. A pleasure to rewind the good 80 non commercial grooves

I grew up with this and it still sounds as good as when I first heard it. Brings back great memories and dance moves.

New Order never gets old. If you enjoy the original album then you'll enjoy this new take on the classics.

How can a collection of remixes NOT include the fabuloso 'Confusion'? I mean, here's New Order, a bunch of geeky guys from Manchester, grinding out hot hip-hop in 1983. And I'm not talking about the extra-weak re-recording circa 'Substance,' because that's nearly as unlistenable as the re-recording of 'Blue Monday.' What's the point? The originals don't merely rock, they explode! However, there are a lot of great tracks in this collection. My faves are 'Fine Time,' 'True Faith,' 'Bizarre Love Triangle,' and even the live version of 'The Perfect Kiss.' And I can never get enough Felix da Housecat, so kudos for 'Here to Stay' (though it sounds like FdH more than NO).
  • Pretty Good!

Some of thes remixes are really fine (True Faith, World, etc.) and others are just mediocre. There's a new remix album by a new I-Tunes artist. His name is Rob E C. The album is called "The Re-mixes". It's really hot. If you like New Order and Depeche Mode, you'll really like this electronic artist from Los Angeles.
  • WOW!

New Order is, by far, my all-time favorite band. It's nice to see that they are still putting out some new stuff in addition to these great remixes. They were the first band I ever saw in concert in my teens at Red Rocks in Denver and it was an experience I will never forget!! This is a definite "add" for any child of the 80s who was into what was the original "alternative" scene and in my opinion, the ONLY one!!
  • Still waiting for the HOTT Kylie/New Order mashup "Can't Get Blue Monday Out of My Head"...

...but this is good too! The best are trax 2, 3, 7, 8 (great intro!), 10, 11, 12, 13 (can't go wrong with BLT!), & 16. This ROCKS!
